My personal health goal is: Retire early and be healthy enough to enjoy it.
What is the best thing you’ve done for your health or the best health advice you’ve received? You don’t have to be sick to get better. Making daily decisions to improve your health and wellness will help prevent future issues.
What are you most proud of? Completing two master’s degrees, working as a surgical PA, and the relationships that I’ve developed along the way.
