What are you passionate about and why? I am passionate about health, exercise and having fun. I love when people can find activities they enjoy doing. My job offers me the reward of being able to assist people in discovering or reidentifying that enjoyment!

Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I have always wanted to serve people and this job is a great avenue to be able to do this.
What is something you have learned from your patients? My patients have taught me a lot about listening. They have also been great inspiration points in how they pursue their goals in recovery.
What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? Every patient is different. The patient's diagnosis may be repeatable, but they person presenting with the diagnosis is never the same. You can learn so much from patients if you listen.
What is your personal health goal? Treat my body as though it is a temple.
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? We have been given 1 body. It is our duty to optimize the performance of that body whether it be our brain, muscle performance, immune system and others of course. Treat your body well!
