Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? Became a provider to give back to the community what the community has given to me.
What is something you have learned from your patients? Everybody is different, has different values, and comes from a different background. Therefore, everybody requires a different style of treatment.
What is your personal health goal? Be able to deadlift 405 lbs.
What is the best thing you've done for your health or the best health advice you've received? I've started practicing yoga. This is a great practice to improve mobility, stability, balance, among many others benefits.
