Practice philosophy: While my practice philosophy is forever evolving, my foundation is to provide the highest quality of holistic care and tailor it as much as possible to the individual needs of each patient.
I am passionate about: traveling! Exploring new places, trying new foods, and immersing myself in the environments and culture that each place has to offer.
If I wasn't a provider, I would be: an attorney because I would still have the opportunity to be challenged in helping others, but in a much different way that also interests me.
My patients have taught me: to look beyond the surface. As healthcare providers, we often do not see behind the immediate presentation which can be clouded by an array of other issues including pain, grief, fear or stress.
Best health advice: the importance of self-care. I once heard "You can't pour from an empty cup" and that will always resonate with me. Life is busy and full of responsibilities that often take precedence over our own personal needs. We are more resilient and able to handle life's stress when we are feeling our best physically, mentally, and emotionally.
