I am passionate about: healthy lifestyles and assisting patients in finding areas of health that they are able to improve on to reach their health goals.
The best thing I have done for my health is: drink more water, exercise, and get adequate sleep. These all help with fatigue. Exercise improves your whole self including your mood.
