I am a geriatric care provider based out of the Allina Health Springfield Clinic. I only see patients at skilled nursing facilities (nursing homes).

I am a dedicated and patient focused nurse practitioner who strives to deliver holistic, relationship centered, and whole person care to our aging communities.

It is no secret that rural Minnesota continues to face unique challenges. Additionally, our aging residents may lack capacity, mobility, physical ability, support, resources or a combination of all to seek care. I feel fortunate that I can bridge this disparity and care for you at home.

My husband and I knew that we wanted to return to Southwest Minnesota to raise our boys. While working in Rochester, I advanced my nursing career to create opportunity to care for other's families.

My patients have taught me many life lessons! They have taught me to face challenges with grace, to prioritize what's truly important, to be humble, to embrace each day, and to rely on faith and family.

One challenge I enjoy is being innovative in the rural area. I enjoy collaborating with the healthcare team to create a solution that works for patients despite resource limitations we encounter.

My personal health goal is to be healthy in body and mind as a result of deliberate and consistent efforts. The best thing I've done for my health has been attending boot camp morning workouts. I love the mix of strength and cardio training and exercising in the morning helps jump start my day!

I am proud that my husband and I are raising our boys in the same community that we first met in high school. They live close to their extended family, with strong work ethic and family values.

If I weren't a health care provider I would enjoy being an interior decorator.
