What are you passionate about? I love preparing and eating all types of foods - simple or complex, cooked or baked, with ingredients from my parents' garden and farm in Iowa. I love knowing where my food comes from and what went into making it. I will experiment with almost any dish!
Something I have learned from my patients is that one of the best strategies is to listen to each patient and work together to figure out what the priorities are, in order to find the best way to heal and/or improve health.
My personal health goal is to be active every day.
What are a few of your personal achievements? I completed several bicycle races this past year. I don't have a competitive nature so getting out there is scary but fun!
