I'm passionate about: finding ways to connect with people and using that connection to motivate people to take care of their health. I like to help a patient identify changes in their health habits or routines that can promote life-long benefits. 

If I wasn't a provider, I would be a: volunteer while traveling abroad. I love to experience new cultures while giving back to local communities. 

Something I've learned from my patients is: the importance of clear and respectful communication. The health care world can be complicated and confusing. It's important to meet a patient at their current level of understanding. 

My personal health goal is: to take care of myself so I can help others. 

The best things I do for my health are: value my sleep, drink lots of water, stay active and try to minimize the sugar in my diet.
