I am a board-certified family medicine physician seeing patients on a walk-in basis in the urgent care.
Why I enjoy being an urgent care physician: I enjoy being able to help patients with immediate problems and concerns, from minor conditions like sore throats to highly complex medical issues. While I may just be “doing my job,” the kind thanks I receive from many grateful people makes this job incredibly rewarding.
I am passionate about: protecting our waters. I recently became a Master Water Steward through our watershed district. Through this program I have been implementing projects to protect and clean our waters.
The best thing I’ve done for my health: is to bike just about everywhere, even in winter. Fortunately, I don’t like driving, so the choice to bike instead of drive is easy for me.
