I am a primary care provider and only see patients virtually. While patients are unable to establish regular care with me, I am committed to helping patients with their health needs.

I'm passionate about: getting to know my patients and teaching them how to prevent injury and illness. After working in the emergency room for nearly 10 years, I have witnessed many patients with acute conditions that could have been prevented.
My favorite destination is: Mexico. Every year we vacation with our extended family; it allows us time to relax, connect and enjoy each other.
I became a provider because: I love caring for people and working with them to improve their health.
Patients often tell me: I am a good listener and have a warm and welcoming personality.
My personal health goal is: to eat healthy and especially decrease sweets! I also try to do something active every day.
The best thing I've done for my health is to: incorporate my children into my daily workouts, such as running with the stroller. I also enjoy taking my two Boxer puppies, Bear and Diesel for outside walks and runs.
I'm most proud of: completing graduate school while working and caring for my family.
