Why I became a physical therapist: I had several injuries as a child/teen and was helped immensely by a team of great PT's.
What I tell friends and family: Hydration is vital, no matter what activity level you are at.
What patients say about me: I'm often told that I am good at explaining conditions and the rationale behind treatment, making it more meaningful for the patient.
Favorite health tip: Healthy eating leads to improved energy.
