Why I became a psychologist: My mother taught me to be compassionate towards all people which contributed to my desire to help those facing emotional, behavioral and psychological challenges.
What I tell friends and family: Take time to take care of yourself on a daily basis and take time to “recharge your batteries”.
How I spend my free time: Spending time with family, gardening and enjoying my cats. I’m a fan of the Twins, Vikings and Timberwolves.
