Stay Fit (in an accessible fitness center) - Stillwater
The Stay Fit program is a supervised/directed exercise-based program. Participants work on balance, stretching, range of motion, strengthening, coordination, and cardio/endurance. (fee is based on 30 minutes - once per week, but can be scheduled for additional minutes or days).
