Thriving with PCOS - Virtual Class
Medications and weight loss recommendations are typical treatments approaches for PCOS, however not all people find these methods to meet their needs. Too often with PCOS, hormonal symptoms keep you from feeling your best, and weight concerns can lead to unhelpful dieting patterns.
This virtual, evidence-based program is designed to help you manage PCOS symptoms, improve your mental well-being and feel more confident in and about your body by making changes to your everyday habits and building a nutrition plan that is designed to meet the unique needs of a person with PCOS. You will learn strategies to support your hormonal health and address the root causes of PCOS symptoms through personalized lifestyle goals that you prioritize.
In this weight neutral group, offered through the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing, you take a 360-degree look at how nutrition, blood sugar balance, sleep, stress, movement, and gut health can affect your PCOS.
An integrative nutritionist will guide you in creating a personalized, integrative healing action plan for your hormone health that boosts your overall well-being & energy levels and helps to lower your risk for other chronic conditions.
This course is designed to help people with PCOS to understand their condition and improve symptoms, with education and support for:
- Eating a whole-foods diet
