Courage Kenny Classic Wheelchair Basketball Tournament

Join us November 15–16, 2025 at Anoka Hennepin Community College for the 41st Annual Courage Kenny Classic Wheelchair Basketball Tournament, proudly presented by Coloplast.

Hosted by Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute, this legendary tournament is one of the longest-running wheelchair basketball events in the nation. This year's tournament will feature Division I and Division II adult teams from across the country to compete in this high-energy fall showdown, including our hometown heroes, the Rolling Timberwolves. The youth tournament will be a part of the Conference Tournament in February 2026.

This NWBA-sanctioned tournament officially tips off the 2025–2026 wheelchair basketball season, and it all happens thanks to the incredible support of our donors, sponsors, and volunteers.

Come cheer, connect, and celebrate the power of adaptive sports. Let’s make this year’s Classic unforgettable!

About Wheelchair Basketball
Wheelchair basketball teams begin for children at six years old and continue through adulthood. All teams are co-ed. Players must have a disability that affects their lower extremities which can include, but is not limited to, amputation, spinal cord injury, spina bifida, cerebral palsy, and leg length discrepancy among other conditions. Players do not need to use a wheelchair full time in order to play wheelchair basketball. Many players are ambulatory and choose to play wheelchair sports. All players must meet minimum disability criteria and be classifiable under the sport classification rules, governed by the NWBA.
