Medical Weight Management Patient Education Classes
Allina Health Medical Weight Management is pleased to provide ongoing education to our patients. We offer classes delivered by our dietitians on the second Thursday of each month from 6-6:45 p.m. Any patient enrolled within our weight management program is encouraged to join. There is no cost associated with this class.

Here are some tips and guidelines to participate:
- Make sure you have a good internet connection.
- Download Microsoft Teams prior to the start of group.
- You do not need to activate your camera or microphone if you don’t want to. There is a chat feature that can be used for questions.
- When entering the group, please use only your first name and last initial. You may also chose not to use your name, which is fine. Just remember, everyone can see the phone number or name you enter on the screen.
- Everything said in the group, stays in the group. Respect the privacy of other patients by being in a quiet location. This will help decrease distractions.
