Adaptive Sports & Recreation Opportunities - Twin Cities area

For more than 40+ years, Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute's Sports and Recreation programs have offered activities that encourage youth and adults with disabilities to lead active and healthy lifestyles. We've been leaders and experts in adaptive and competitive sports in the Twin Cities. Our athletes and teams have gone on to become national and international champions in a wide range of activities, including Paralympic competition. A wide variety of programs are offered in various Twin Cities metro area locations, including:

Volunteers are an important part of our programs and events. Volunteers of all skill levels and abilities partner with participants to build their skills, meet their goals and have fun together.
