Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute Adaptive Sports and Recreation offers a wide variety of recreational and competitive sport programs for youth and adults in the Twin Cities metropolitan area.
We partner with people of all ages and abilities to pursue their goals to live, work, learn and play by providing adaptive sports and recreation programs. These activities are adapted to enhance participants' independence, improve self-confidence and encourage an active, healthy lifestyle. We also host a number of special events that provide unique opportunities to learn and experience adaptive sports and recreation. We offer a diverse range of programs across various Twin Cities metro locations, including:

For over 40 years, Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute's Sports and Recreation programs have empowered youth and adults with disabilities to lead active, healthy lives through participation in sport. As leaders in adaptive and competitive sports in the Twin Cities, our athletes have gone on to become national and international champions, including in Paralympic competitions.

We send out monthly newsletters with information about upcoming programs, events, and community happenings.
Volunteer
Volunteers are an important part of our programs and events. Volunteers of all skill levels and abilities partner with participants to build their skills, meet their goals and have fun together. We actively seek and value volunteers with diverse perspectives and life experiences. We will work with you to find your best match!

Your support makes a difference! Through financial and equipment assistance, we strive to provide equitable opportunities for any child or adult who wishes to participate. Donations allow us to provide scholarships for participants, loan our adaptive equipment, specialized volunteer training, and a variety of programs. Give online at allinahealth.org/give

Fee information
Participation fees vary by sport. No participant will be turned away due to financial hardships. Thanks to our generous donors, scholarships are available based on financial need. To apply, complete a Scholarship / Cost Share application prior to registering for a program. Please contact us if you have any questions.
