What is your practice philosophy? I am a licensed therapist that specializes in perinatal mental health. I strive to create an inclusive and accepting environment where individuals can feel heard. I value working collaboratively with individuals to help them find solutions and feel relief from their mental health concerns and traumas.
What are you passionate about? And why? I am passionate about decreasing stigma surrounding mental health and providing trauma informed care.

Something I have learned from my patients is: I have learned that all individuals are strong, resilient, and can experience relief from their mental health concerns.
One of the challenges of this career that I enjoy is (and why): I enjoy being able to help individuals feel heard and experience relief from their traumas. It is an honor to partner with individuals and help them move forward as they heal.
What is the best thing you’ve done for your health or the best health advice you’ve received? I have incorporated running into my morning routine and focus on healthy meal planning.
