If you live with a disability or other complex health condition, advanced primary care services may benefit you. Located at Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute - Golden Valley, these services include medical, rehabilitation and psychiatric care in one accessible location.

You and your family will partner with doctors, nurses and nurse practitioners from Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Associates to set goals that meet your needs. Same-day and next-day appointments are used to reduce hospital stays. And, care is coordinated both in the Golden Valley location and with outside providers.

Advanced primary care services include:

  • monitoring visits
  • nurse line to call for questions
  • ongoing nurse support and follow-up
  • pain management
  • preventive and wellness care

The Congenital Neuroscience Clinic at the Golden Valley campus offers comprehensive services for people with congenital conditions, including spina bifida. Treatment is aimed at reducing the effect of the disease, improving health, increasing independence and reducing the need for hospitalization.

Allina Health Everyday Clinic

This is a retail clinic location. We offer basic services for minor injuries and illnesses for patients 18 months and older. We do not see visits for workers' or injury compensation.

Everyday On Wheels

Everyday On Wheels mobile clinic is not wheel chair accessible due to the size of the vehicle. Patients should be able to safely climb a short set of stairs to enter the mobile clinic.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time and have your mobile phone available for the provider to contact you when they are ready to see you.

We've changed how we provide some services with your care and safety in mind. Expanded virtual care services are available to schedule online. You can also call your clinic for help finding the best option.
