the doctor seemed a bit cold and unapproachable.
I came in for a chronic cough. At my second appointment she told me I had bronchitis after my x-ray they found that my heart is enlarged. Going in for a echocardiogram.
Very nice experience
My provider seemed distracted, awkward and like she hadn't looked at my file at all.
I have never seen this provider before, Sarah Berg, but for me personally I just felt like she wasn't very personable. that is just personally how I felt.
Sarah Berg was excellent. She took care of my issue right there in the office very professionally. She is a great person for you to have as part of your staff. I would happily see her again and recommend her to friends and family.
Went in concerned about an eye and left confident that all will work out well. Really appreciate the help.
Dr. Berg was great & a good listener too.
My only concern, is when I went to pick up the topical steroid prescription we had discussed during my office visit w/Sara Berg, the pharmacy also gave me a prescription for an antibiotic. Sara Berg only talked to me about using an OTC anti-fungal cream & a prescription topical steroid. Even though puzzled, I went ahead and paid my co-pay for the Cephalexin & and then sent a medical message to Sara Berg and questioned as to why the antibiotic was prescribed. She responded that I was to disregard the antibiotic prescription and just use the OTC anti-fungal and prescription topical steroid. I now have paid for a prescription med that I do not need, and cannot return.I feel that communication was lacking from the provider in this matter.
