Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? Seeing the resilience and positivity that children have when they are sick inspired me to pursue pediatrics.
What is something you have learned from your patients? Even when children are suffering and sick, they can find happiness in the simplest of things.
What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? Healthcare providers have the privilege of taking care of patients in their most vulnerable state, so I find difficult conversations with families very eye-opening and interesting.
