Practice philosophy: Cancer isn't just a disease, but a journey that is unique to every individual. As an oncologist I hope to make a positive impact at every stage of that journey. Delivering news regarding prognosis in a compassionate way, providing expertise regarding treatment options, listening to patient concerns, and celebrating cures and sharing in sorrows are examples of what I strive to do for each patient I meet. It is a privilege to join patients on their cancer journey, and I don't take it lightly!

What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? Hematology and medical oncology are constantly changing and progressing. As a provider staying up to date can be daunting, but I enjoy the continuous learning and being a life-long student.
