Practice philosophy: I believe in a person-centered and strengths-based framework.
What are you passionate about and why? I am a licensed social worker and board-certified case manager with professional interests in life transitions, geriatrics and aging, adjustment and coping with new diagnoses, and anxiety and depression. I offer in person and virtual visits.
Why did you become a provider? I went into this profession to because I believe that all individuals have the capacity to grow, change, and adapt with access to the right resources and support.
What is something you have learned from your patients? I have learned that each individual is resilient and capable of not only surviving, but thriving despite the challenges and difficulties that they may be presently facing.
What is one of the challenges of this career you enjoy? And why? I enjoy collaborating with clients to identify and utilize their inherent strengths to create a treatment plan to improve their overall health and well-being.
