What is your practice philosophy? I approach my work with a holistic framework. The foundation of my work starts with forming a therapeutic relationship, and providing a safe space for patients to share their stories. I believe helping patients identify their strengths is an important step in recognizing their self-worth, and enhancing their overall well-being. I look forward to assisting patients through life’s greatest challenges.
What are you passionate about? And why? Finding the good in life, and helping others to see this as well! There are so many distractions in our lives, but at the end of the day I believe there is so much to be grateful for.
Something I have learned from my patients is: Humans are the most resilient beings. It’s incredible to be a part of, and witness someone’s progress as they strive to become the best versions of themselves.
My personal health goal is: To continue giving myself the same respect and grace that I give to my patients.
What is the best thing you’ve done for your health or the best health advice you’ve received? The best advice I have received is “You didn’t come this far, to only come this far.”
What are you most proud of? Obtaining my Master’s in Clinical Social Work, and pursuing a clinical licensure.
