What is your practice philosophy? I am committed to providing the highest quality obstetric and gynecology care with compassion and understanding. I enjoy educating my patients about their medical issues and providing them with the best treatment options for their unique situations.
What are you passionate about? And why? I am passionate about promoting women’s health and wellness
If I wasn’t a provider, I would be a: Living in a small mountain town like Telluride Colorado where I would own a bookstore/knitting shop (a dream). Second choice: a veterinarian.
Why did you become a provider? When did you know this was the career for you? I became an obstetrician/gynecologist because I enjoy providing health care for women throughout all stages of their lives, from their reproductive years through menopause. My greatest joy is helping to bring a new life into this world.
My personal health goal is: To improve my performance on Peleton bike rides.
What is the best thing you’ve done for your health or the best health advice you’ve received? I started doing kickboxing and strength training six days a week, along with following a high protein, low carb diet.
What are you most proud of? I am most proud of my twin boys who are now juniors in college.
