Karina DiLuzio is a certified Health and Wellness Coach. She enjoys partnering with her clients as they seek permanent healthy lifestyle changes in a wide variety of health and life balance areas.
Karina also enjoys the opportunity to blend her background in both tobacco cessation and coaching to assist clients who are pursuing tobacco cessation. She has a bachelor's degree in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota, and is certified as a Tobacco Treatment Specialist by Mayo Clinic.
Karina helped develop the inpatient tobacco program at Allina Health. She loves to help people find joy and enrichment in their own lives and is honored to be a part of this process.
Nationally certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist (NCTTS), and Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).
