I am a board-certified psychologist with professional interests in grief, loss, life transitions, trauma recovery, anxiety, depressions, relationship issues, diverse populations, self-esteem, personal identity and caring for adolescents and adults. I offer face-to-face virtual visits for a variety of health services and conditions.
Practice philosophy: I utilize a collaborative, holistic approach to therapy focusing on how psychological, behavioral and cultural factors contribute to physical health and illness. This method allows me to work with my clients to help them integrate all areas of their lives to make positive changes in their functioning and improve their overall quality of life.
