How you can get started:
- Click "get started" or look for PatientWisdom on your account home screen. No need to create a separate account or new password—just use the username and password you already have for your Allina Health account!
- Share brief stories about who you are, what matters to you and how you view your health—using your own words. Share as much or as little as you want. It typically takes about 10 minutes to complete. You can go back and update your information any time.
- That's it. You've helped your care team understand you better, so we can deliver even better care.
- A confidential summary is created for your clinic care team, based on the information you share. Only team members directly involved in your care will have access to your PatientWisdom summary in your electronic health record before your appointment.
