Some of the more complex surgeries include those for:
- gastroesophageal reflux
- cancer (breast, esophageal, gastric, small bowel, appendiceal, pancreatic, colorectal, soft tissue, endocrine and lymphoma)
- weight loss (bariatric)
We’ll work with you to find the best options for your care. Some surgeries can be done minimally invasively and may use robotic or laparoscopic methods.
And if you find that you have an urgent surgical need, we have acute care surgeons who can perform surgery promptly at Abbott Northwestern Hospital.
