The Eden Prairie location also brings together the specialized expertise of Allina Health Minneapolis Heart Institute and Abbott Northwestern General Medicine Associates (ANGMA). Your integrated care team of cardiologists and primary care physicians will collaborate to make managing your heart and overall health easier. This multi-specialty care provides you with convenient health options and access to more in one visit in the same clinic space. In addition to ANGMA, Allina Health primary care is available on the 4th floor of the building, providing additional convenience and access to care.

The clinic is on the third floor of the Flagship Corporate Center on Prairie Center Drive, near Highway 212. Free parking is available.
