To serve you better, all laboratory appointments should be scheduled at least one day in advance to ensure we are ready for your arrival and have your paperwork ready. Please call 763-688-7920 to schedule an appointment.
- A written order from your provider will be necessary to perform your lab work. Please be prepared with the Allina Health Laboratory order request form from your provider/clinic and a copy of your insurance card.
- Copies of your laboratory work results will be sent to your provider. Please contact your provider with any questions about your results.
