Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Associates – Stillwater - St. Croix is a group of physical medicine and rehabilitation (physiatrists) and nurse practitioners who provide Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute services.

Physiatrists are board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) specialists who have advanced training in diagnosing and treating problems that affect your muscles, bones, joints and nervous system.

Our care is focused on physical rehabilitation and management of disabilities and complex medical conditions. 

You’ll find the clinic on Curve Crest Blvd., just off Hwy. 36 in Stillwater. Ample free parking is available for your convenience.

This is a retail clinic location. We offer basic services for minor injuries and illnesses for patients 18 months and older. We do not see visits for workers' or injury compensation.

Everyday On Wheels mobile clinic is not wheel chair accessible due to the size of the vehicle. Patients should be able to safely climb a short set of stairs to enter the mobile clinic.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time and have your mobile phone available for the provider to contact you when they are ready to see you.
