Urgent care hours
On June 7, the Faribault urgent care hours changed to weekdays to 12 - 8 p.m., while weekend hours remain 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Injury and illness don’t keep standard business hours and neither does our Faribault urgent care team. That’s why we’re open seven days a week and remain open on evenings, weekends and most holidays. Walk ins are always welcome, or let us know you’re coming, with On My Way, so we can hold your spot in line.

Wait times and On My Way

Wait times for the Faribault urgent care are published online to help you decide the right time to come in for care and understand how long you might wait. Urgent care wait times are an estimate, your wait time may vary depending on the severity of your needs and the number of patients. When you arrive, the front desk staff will provide your estimated wait time. We’ll always do our best to see you quickly, whether you walk in for care or use On My Way.

When you use On My Way, you’ll be putting your name on a list of patients who need to be seen at this Faribault urgent care location. Unlike an appointment, the wait list is based on an estimated time. Your wait time may vary based on the number of patients and the severity of their care needs. This means if someone comes in after you with a more serious problem, they may be seen before you.

Our Safe Care Commitment
You can be confident that your safety always comes first at the Faribault urgent care. We've made enhancements to keep you safe during the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, including:

  • enhanced standards of cleaning and disinfection
  • physical distancing practices
