Women's Health Consultants has been caring for women in the Minneapolis metro area for more than 25 years. We are a group of highly trained specialists, providing diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive health care services to women of all ages and lifestyles.
Our Specialties
Gynecology
Our gynecology care entails the treatment of diseases and conditions of the reproductive system, including female infertility, abnormal bleeding, incontinence, contraception/family planning, and abnormal pap smears.
Obstetrics
Our experts specialize in the care of the pregnant women, the unborn baby, labor and delivery and the period following childbirth. We strive to provide the best prenatal care for mother and child with a goal of working towards an uncomplicated labor and delivery. Should intervention be needed, it is done quickly and safely. Our comprehensive obstetric care is individualized to each patient’s unique situation and needs.
Preventive Care
We provide primary health care and services that focus on disease prevention such as pap smear screenings, mammograms, and immunizations. This area also includes counseling related to lifestyle, reproductive health, and menopause.
Surgery
Women's Health Consultants has many experienced gynecologic surgeons. Several of our surgeons are trained in minimally invasive surgery. We regularly attend conferences and contribute to the Allina Robotics Group to ensure the most up-to-date care possible. If surgery is recommended, you can expect a thorough evaluation with a shared decision making discussion of surgical risks, benefits and alternatives to surgery. We are committed to determining the least invasive and safest procedure with you.
