Independent Therapeutic Exercise (ITE) - aquatic - Stillwater
Assessment/orientation is required for all new pool and fitness clients.
Independent Therapeutic Exercise (ITE) is reserved for people who have had an assessment or orientation. All ITE clients must obtain a pass from the front desk prior to pool use.
Once you have completed a physical therapy transfer or initial assessment, no appointment is necessary to use the pool during Independent exercise times.
Pool independent exercise hours
Monday
7-9 a.m., 11 a.m.-noon, 2-6 p.m.
Tuesday
7-9 a.m., 1-5 p.m., 7-8:30 p.m.
Wednesday
7-9 a.m., 11 a.m.-noon, 2-6 p.m.
Thursday
7-9 a.m., 2-5 p.m., 7-8:30 p.m.
Friday
7-9 a.m., 1-5:30 p.m.
Saturday
10 a.m.-noon
A lap lane is available during independent therapeutic exercise. An additional lap swim hour is Thursday from 1–2 p.m.

Good to know
The pool's water temperature is a comfortable 92 degrees. Staircases, handrails, ramps and special pool wheelchairs provide easy access. A certified lifeguard or instructor is on duty. Locker rooms are available for showering and changing. Participants must provide their own padlock, swimsuit and towel.
If you require help in the locker room or in the pool you must provide your own assistance. A separate family locker room is available for clients and their attendants.
