Healing Connections: Virtual Teen Support Group

St. Croix Hospice has developed Healing Connections to help guide teens through the loss of a loved one by providing insights to their emotions and support for healthy coping skills. This group offers teens support, education and opportunities to connect and interact with peers who are grieving the loss of a loved one and experiencing similar losses.
