Tai Chi for Wellbeing

This eight-week course of Tai Chi teaches smooth, soft and gentle movements that are meditation in motion. Tai Chi is a gentle form of mind-body movement that promotes relaxation, balance, strength, postural alignment, natural breathing and pain reduction. Movements are done in a standing position and can be modified for being seated. Classes also include mild warm ups with breathing and posture exercises.
