Allina Health Weight Management is pleased to provide on-going support to our patients. We offer a virtual support group on the third Thursdays of the month from 12:15 – 1:00 p.m. Any pre or post-op patient is free to join. Support group is offered through Microsoft Teams.

Good to know
Here are some tips and guidelines to participate:
- Make sure you have a good internet connection.
- Download Microsoft Teams prior to the start of group.
- You do not need to activate your camera or microphone if you don’t want to. There is a chat feature that can be used for questions.
- When entering the group, please use only your first name and last initial. You may also chose not to use your name, which is fine. Just remember, everyone can see the phone number or name you enter on the screen.
- Everything said in the group, stays in the group. Respect the privacy of other patients by being in a quiet location. This will help decrease distractions.
