A Virtual Event: Meditation and Movement
Join us for something new in sports and recreation.
Enjoy the whole person benefits of morning meditation focusing on our personal, mental and physical state of being. This class will help to calm emotions and slow our minds while focusing on our breath, and exploring movement which helps build mindfulness and is also a great start to any day! Movement may include light stretching, chair yoga, or standing movement. Come meditate for 15 minutes and stay for the movement if you are interested.
Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays, March 2 - May 6
Times: Meditation 8:45-9am, Movement at 9am
