A Virtual Event: Mindfulness and Centering (Tues and Thurs)

Come join us for something new in sports and recreation.  Enjoy the whole person benefits of a morning “Centering,” focusing on our personal mental and physical state of being. This 10 minute class will help to calm emotions and slow our minds while focusing on our breath.  This short practice can help develop skills in relaxation, decrease worries and create awareness. It's like a state of alertness, but really relaxed at the same time. No equipment necessary, just the time set aside to listen and breath.  Come try this class which helps build mindfulness and is also a great start to any day!

Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting June 16

Times: 8:45-8:55am

Pre-registration required. Please register by clicking "Register online" below. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the virtual Zoom event. Tips on how to get started with a Zoom event.
