Whole Body Conditioning

An advanced exercise program designed to increase flexibility, range-of-motion, cardio endurance, core strengthening and balance. Equipment needed is a chair, a yoga mat or soft floor surface, a water bottle, and good shoes for exercising.

Taught by Holly Gigure, Lead Fitness & Aquatic Specialist at Stillwater

Dates: Mondays, starting May 4th 

Time: 1:00-2:00pm
