Mindfulness Training

The Mindfulness Training program is designed to help participants recover a calm, stable mind and lasting contentment even in the face of difficulty. This six-week in-person series offers highly effective tools to help manage stress and achieve a higher state of well-being. Participants will learn to stabilize their minds and increase resilience through mindfulness practices such as meditation and yoga.

If you are currently being treated for active substance abuse, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or other psychiatric issues, please seek counsel from your health care provider as to whether or not this program is right for you at this time.
