
Mindfulness Training
The Mindfulness Training program is designed to help participants recover a calm, stable mind and lasting contentment even in the face of difficulty. This 4-week in-person series offers highly effective tools to help manage stress and achieve a higher state of well-being. Participants will learn to stabilize their minds and increase resilience through mindfulness practices such as meditation and yoga.
If you are currently being treated for active substance abuse, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder or other psychiatric issues, please seek counsel from your health care provider as to whether or not this program is right for you at this time.

Stacy has over 18 years of experience in health promotion and the healthcare field. She specializes in chronic conditions management, mindfulness training, wellness and exercise development, physical activity in the youth through the older adult. As an avid runner and strength trainer, Stacy is passionate about nutrition, sleep, mindfulness and physical activity as medicine, and how they together can change the physical and mental outlook in individuals. She believes in the power of her client's goals and living your truth every day. She promotes and integrates scientific research, education, and practical applications of sports medicine and exercise science to maintain and enhance fitness, health, and quality of life. She is excited to be serving as a liaison for the prevention and reversal of chronic disease throughout the county at Buffalo Hospital, part of Allina Health.
