No Boundaries Camp: Intro to Wheelchair Sports
August 11, 2023 -August 12, 2023 from 9:00am-4:00pm. Two full days of having fun, being active, trying new things, and making new friends! Join us at the University of Minnesota this August for No Boundaries Intro to Wheelchair Sports Camp, presented by Coloplast. Learn about a variety of wheelchair sports and recreation activities such as wheelchair basketball, wheelchair softball, tennis and track, etc. at this two-day camp. This camp is specifically designed for youth ages 6 to 14 with lower extremity disabilities.
Who plays wheelchair sports?
The competitive sports offered through this camp require a permanent lower extremity disability to compete. Campers do not need to use a wheelchair for daily living to participate in wheelchair sports. This includes, but is not limited to spina bifida, spinal cord injury, amputee and cerebral palsy. We are all about having fun and introducing all kids to sports and recreation activities.
Registration includes:
- Adaptive equipment
- Incredible volunteer support
- Lunch on both days
