Water Yoga, Stillwater

Water Yoga will help you increase your strength, flexibility, balance and ability to focus inward through the active practice of postures all while in a warm-water pool. Discover a deeper connection between mind and body.

Good to know

The pool's water temperature is a comfortable 92 degrees. Staircases, handrails, ramps and special pool wheelchairs provide easy access. A certified lifeguard or instructor is on duty. Locker rooms are available for showering and changing.
