Prenatal Splash Class, Stillwater

For swimmers of all abilities at any stage of pregnancy. Includes warm-up, stretching, strengthening, aerobic conditioning and cool down. This class is combined with the Water Aerobics class.

Good to know

The pool's water temperature is a comfortable 92 degrees. Staircases, handrails, ramps and special pool wheelchairs provide easy access. A certified lifeguard or instructor is on duty. Locker rooms are available for showering and changing.

This class is for women who are pregnant at any swimming ability, at any stage of pregnancy.
