VIP Aerobics, Golden Valley

This water exercise class is for you if you are visually impaired or blind. You do not need to know how to swim. Volunteers will be in the pool to help lead the class. You’ll work on cardiovascular endurance and strengthening with cool-down while listening to music.

The pool's water temperature is a comfortable 92 degrees. Staircases, handrails, ramps and special pool wheelchairs provide easy access. A certified lifeguard or instructor is on duty. Locker rooms are available for showering and changing.
