Neuro Splash is for you if you’ve had a stroke or are recovering from a variety of neurological health conditions. This class focuses on range of motion, seated balance, standing, walking, balance and core strengthening.

Good to know

The pool's water temperature is a comfortable 92 degrees. Staircases, handrails, ramps and special pool wheelchairs provide easy access. A certified lifeguard or instructor is on duty. Locker rooms are available for showering and changing. Contact the instructor to ensure a volunteer is available to help you if needed.

What to bring
