This eight-week series is a gentle yet challenging Hatha yoga practice designed to quiet the mind while building strength, balance and flexibility. It features a flowing series of asana (poses), including standing and balance poses, seated twists and gentle folds. Modifications are demonstrated when needed. This is suitable for all ages and most fitness levels.
