Scuba, adaptive - Twin Cities

Experience the feeling of weightlessness and the joy of breathing underwater with Try-SCUBA. This brief introduction to scuba diving is taught by certified dive instructors from Midwest School of Diving with experience in adaptive sports.

Enjoy an evening in our heated pool and experience the peace and tranquility of the underwater world. This course consists of learning the functions of the scuba equipment with your instructor and then spending time under the water exploring. 

While not a scuba certification course, Try-SCUBA is a quick and easy introduction to what it takes to explore the underwater world. Open to ages 12 and older.

Who it is for

This class is open to people who are 12 and older. Scuba diving is naturally a partner sport. We encourage friends and family members to sign up with you.

What to expect

  • You will work one on one with a certified dive master in the pool for 45 minutes
  • There are locker rooms and private changing rooms available to change in

  • If you need assistance with personal care needs, please bring a personal care attendant or family member with you.
