Take Action Program for Weight Management
Take Action is a highly successful program for people who want to lose weight and keep it off. Choose between this group online program or a 12-week in person one-to-one program.
You will meet at an established, set time for group educational sessions online. Both programs include an initial fitness profile, personal nutrition consultation, resting metabolism measurement, body composition analysis, and wellness coaching sessions. Learn the skills needed to manage weight, including regular exercise, healthy nutrition and lifestyle modifications.

Rachel is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist practicing as an Integrative Nutritionist with the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing. Prior to this, she held various positions within dietetics, including food service, clinical dietetics and management. She has a Masters degree in Nutrition from the University of Minnesota and specialty training in weight management and food sensitivities. As an nutritionist, Rachel uses "a food as medicine" approach to help people achieve improved health.
