Please join us for this traditional martial arts (yong gi) for people with physical disabilities.
What it is
Qualified instructors teach self-defense, knowledge of your surroundings, personal fitness and an “I can” attitude through the art of Soo Bahk Do.

We offer multiple sessions throughout the year.
